Most quilt manufactures make quilts that are either made with a cotton or polyester fill. Cotton filled are usually more expensive because it takes more experience and take longer to make, they are also more dense than polyester filled. Cotton filled are great for warmer temperatures because they breathe well.
Polyester filled are lighter because they have more air holes and aren't as heavy as cotton quilts. An advantage to having polyester filled is that they retain more heat which make them warmer than your 100% cotton quilts. What quilt will you choose?
